The state of Kerala is located in the Southwestern part of the country of India and is also commonly known as “Gods Own Country”. The charm of this beautiful hill station is brought about by the extensive tea gardens and a shawl of thick mist that the place almost always wears. Thiruvananthapuram- this is the capital city of the state and is home to many sightseeing spots. Kumarakom- the backwaters of this region are among the beat known backwater channels of the state. The city is also well known for the many centers of Kathakali which is a traditional dance form of the state. Also the place is rich in natural beauties such as the Athirappally and Vazhachal falls which are two of the most beautiful falls of the state.
